Augments are stat-boosting items that can be applied to adventurers, wyrmprints, and dragons. This feature was added in version 1.9.0.

Overview[edit]

Applying Augments

A single augment adds +1 to HP or Strength when applied. These are considered additions to the base stats, meaning that stat-multiplying effects such as facilities or dragon passives can multiply the stats from augments.

There is a maximum amount of augments allowed, depending on what type of unit they are applied to:

Units that have augments applied will display "+X" on their icon, indicating the total amount of augments that have been applied to them. Adventurers that have wyrmprints and dragons equipped will display the sum of augments across all of their gear.

  • For example: an adventurer that has +200 augments on themselves, +100 on all 5 normal wyrmprints, +80 on both special wyrmprints, and +100 on their dragon will display "+960" on their icon.

Obtaining Augments[edit]

Augments can be obtained from the following locations:

Main Campaign[edit]

Chapter 9
  • First-clear rewards from Normal-difficulty Chapter 9 of the main campaign.
    • Grants 10 HP augments for adventurers and dragons, 20 augments for wyrmprints. Also grants 10 Strength augments for adventurers.
  • First-clear rewards from Very Hard difficulty of the main campaign
    • Grants 2 HP and 2 Strength augments for adventurers or wyrmprints per quest cleared. Alternates between adventurer or wyrmprint augments with each chapter.

Void Battles[edit]

Void Battles
  • Drops from Void Battles - specifically Manticores, Void Dragons, and Chimeras.
    • Guaranteed 1 augment drop per clear, randomly rolled between adventurer HP, adventurer Strength, wyrmprint HP, or wyrmprint Strength augments

Advanced Dragon Trials[edit]

Advanced/High Dragon Trials
  • Drops from Advanced Dragon Trials - Standard, Expert, or Master difficulty
    • Guaranteed 3 augment drops per clear, with each randomly rolled between adventurer HP, adventurer Strength, wyrmprint HP, or wyrmprint Strength augments.

The Agito Uprising[edit]

The Agito Uprising
  • Drops from The Agito Uprising
    • Guaranteed 3 augment drops per clear, with each randomly rolled between adventurer HP, adventurer Strength, wyrmprint HP, or wyrmprint Strength augments.

Rise of the Sinister Dominion[edit]

Rise of the Sinister Dominion
  • Weekly Bonus chests (3 times per week).
    • Standard grants 2 dragon HP and 2 dragon Strength augments per chest.
    • Expert grants 4 dragon HP and 4 dragon Strength augments per chest.
    • Master grants 5 dragon HP and 5 dragon Strength augments per chest.

Morsayati Reckoning[edit]

Morsayati Reckoning
  • First-clear rewards from Morsayati Reckoning
    • Solo and Co-op each grant 50 dragon HP and 50 dragon Strength augments.
  • Weekly Bonus chest (1 time per week) grants 15 dragon HP and 15 dragon Strength augments.

Astral Raids[edit]

Astral Raids
  • Drops from Astral Raids - Expert or Master difficulty
    • Expert grants 1 adventurer HP or 1 adventurer Strength augment per clear. The stat offered alternates every time that Astral Raids are available.
    • Master grants 5 adventurer HP and 5 wyrmprint HP augments, OR 5 adventurer Strength and 5 wyrmprint Strength augments per clear. The stat offered alternates every time that Astral Raids are available.
  • Astral Raids Treasure Trade
    • 30 each of adventurer HP, adventurer Strength, wyrmprint HP, and wyrmprint Strength augments are available to redeem each month for 201016001.png Astral Shards.

Trials of the Mighty[edit]

Trials of the Mighty
  • Drops from Trials of the Mighty
    • Standard/Expert grants 2-4 augment drops per clear, with each randomly rolled between adventurer HP, adventurer Strength, wyrmprint HP, or wyrmprint Strength augments.
    • Master grants 4-6 augment drops per clear, with each randomly rolled between adventurer HP, adventurer Strength, wyrmprint HP, or wyrmprint Strength augments.
  • Daily Bonus chests.
    • Standard and Expert grant 2 dragon HP and 2 dragon Strength augments per chest.
    • Master grants 3 dragon HP and 3 dragon Strength augments per chest.

  • Various events will also give augments, usually as part of treasure trade or milestone rewards.

Applying Augments[edit]

The ability to apply augments must first be unlocked by clearing Chapter 9 of the main campaign. While it is possible to obtain augments before that point, the chapter must be cleared before the augments can actually be used.

Augments can be applied by going to the Upgrade Tab -> Adventurers/Wyrmprints/Dragons, select a unit, and scroll down. This is the same as the location where exp-boosting materials such as 101001003.png Gold Crystals or 102001003.png Succulent Dragonfruit can be applied.

Resetting Augments[edit]

By paying Icon Resource Rupies.png Rupies, it is possible to reset augments. This will remove augments from the selected target, and return the augments to the player's inventory.

To remove augments, go to the Upgrade Tab -> Adventurers/Wyrmprints/Dragons, select the bottom-right "reset augments" button, and then select a unit.

  • It costs Icon Resource Rupies.png Rupies x20,000 per augment that is to be removed. This means that resetting 100 augments would cost Icon Resource Rupies.png Rupies x2,000,000.
  • It is not possible to remove only a partial amount of augments - the reset feature can only remove all of them at once. For example, if an adventurer has 50 augments, it isn't possible to take off only 20 of them - all 50 must be removed at once.
  • HP and Strength augments must be reset separately, with HP happening first.

  • Rise of the Sinister Dominion was made available, and with it, the addition of the special wyrmprints. Therefore, the overall possible augments for a full set of gear has increased (800 before -> 960 after).
  • Additional dragon augments are also available through the Rise of the Sinister Dominion weekly bonus.

  • Morsayati Reckoning is now available, finally making dragon augments available from a renewable source. Therefore, the overall possible augments for a full set of gear has increased (710 before -> 800 after).
Sept 25, 2020
  • Weapon augments have been removed from the game. The reward for chapter 9 has replaced them with an additional 10 HP augments for wyrmprints.
  • The maximum augments for each stat on wyrmprints has been decreased to 50. However, since up to 5 prints can be equipped instead of just 2, the overall possible augments from a full set of gear has increased (620 before -> 710 after).

  • The maximum augments for each stat on adventurers and wyrmprints has been increased to 100.
  • The maximum augments for dragons and weapons remain unchanged at 50, however not enough dragon and weapon augments have been released to actually reach that amount, the overall possible augments from a full set of gear has increased (320 before -> 620 after).
